I'm not a business β€” can I still open a personal account?

Absolutely. While our roots are in commercial banking, we offer a full suite of personal banking products including high-yield savings accounts at 3.65% APY, premium chequing, GICs up to 4.25%, and 24/7 digital banking. Many of our personal clients are professionals, business owners, or family members of our commercial clients.

Do I need to visit your Ottawa office to become a client?

Not at all. Approximately 35% of our 620+ clients bank with us entirely remotely. Our digital-first service model means you can onboard, manage accounts, submit loan applications, and communicate with your relationship manager without ever visiting Ottawa. That said, our doors at 199 Clemow Avenue are always open if you prefer face-to-face meetings.

What if I need financing? How fast is the process?

Our average credit decision turnaround is 12 business days from complete application to formal offer β€” roughly one-third of the industry average. We offer commercial loans from $100K to $15M, including operating lines, term loans, SaaS revenue-based lending, construction financing, and CSBF program loans.
